Colomba cake with Pistachio


Sicily is home to the world’s finest Pistachios and this cake is a

celebration of this delicious nut. This quality Fiasconaro Colomba

cake is coated with a white chocolate glaze and pistachios from Bronte, near

Mount Etna and also comes with a lovely jar of Pistachio cream to

spread on each slice plus a green-gold spreading knife.

  • Ingredients

    Soft Wheat flour, Butter, Sugar, Fresh Eggs, White chocolate coating (10%) (Sugar, Whole powdered Milk, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soy lecithin, Natural vanilla extract) Fresh Egg yolk, Natural yeast (contains Wheat flour), Sicilian honey, Invert sugar syrup, Pistachio (pistacia vera) (2%), Orange paste (Orange peel, Sugar, Glucose syrup, Lemon juice concentrate), Emulsifier: Mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, Cocoa butter, Powdered skimmed Milk, Salt, Natural vanilla flavouring.

    May contain traces of other Nuts.

    Pistachio Spread – Sugar, Pistachio,(pistacia vera)  (22%), Vegetable oils and fats ( Sunflower oil, Cocoa butter, Safflower), Powdered skimmed Milk, Whey powder, Emulsifier : Soy, lecithin, Natural flavourings, Colouring agent ( Curcumin, Chlorophyll crupic) Salt.

    May contain traces of other Nuts and lupin flour. Do not keep in refrigerator. Keep away from heat sources.
