Spice Mountain Moroccan fish tagine 40g


A fish tagine would not include the dried fruits which are used when cooking with meat or chicken in Morocco preservsed lemons or limes would be used instead. To mirror this flavour, Iranian Lime Powder is included in the blend, to give that fruity, tangy citrus kick to the tagine. This blend is also very good to use as a dry rub when grilling or frying fish, and a perfect way to bring an authentic taste of North Africa to your fish.
