Beetroot Maccheroni try with tuna belly, or any chunky sauce where the sauce and contents get stuck in these larger tubes.
Cooking and portions
Bring a large pan of generously salted water to the boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a steady medium simmer. Add the pasta and cook for around 3 - 3 1/2 minutes until ‘al dente’.
Store in fridge. Consume within 2 days.
Fresh pasta and sauces can be frozen for up to 3 months.
